Obituary for Fred R. Stanley, III

Fred Ralph Stanley, III, 55-year-old Vinita resident passed away early, Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. He was born on November 3, 1963 in Vinita to Karen (Kuehne) and Fred Stanley, Jr. He was a 1982 graduate of Vinita High School. Fred had worked as a machinist at Allied Tower for many years before becoming disabled. He married Terri (Duwel) on July 12, 2008. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, swimming, and just being outdoors. Fred also loved to play the drums, being with his children and grandchildren.
The family includes: his wife Terri of the home; his parents, Fred R. Stanley, Jr. and wife Debbie and Karen Kuehne-Springer all of Vinita. children, Jennifer Carleton and husband John of McKinney, TX, Eric Duwel and wife Shaina, Eric Stanley and wife Brandi, Heidi Stanley and Kimberly Stanley all of Vinita; siblings, Todd Stanley and wife Veronica of Jay, Tammy Stanley of Texas, step-sisters, Courtney Young and husband Jerry of Tulsa, Brandi Carpenter and husband Richard of Bernice; nine grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Alive Church in Vinita with Pastor Robert Sanders officiating.
