Marybelle Culver Kerby Carver was born in Pawnee, OK, on August 14, 1924, to William Penn and Mary Belle Hetherington Culver. She was preceded in death by her husband John N Carver and her three sons, Paul, Joe and Bob Kerby. She is survived by her daughters Mary Ann Kerby Asfahl (husband Paul) and Nancy Kerby, 9 grandchildren, their spouses, 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her daughter in law, Jane Kerby.

She was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church, its womens association (UMW), Business and Professional Womens Club and the Oklahoma Historical Society. She had a long career in banking, loved to entertain, had a heart for helping others and was active in bridge and book clubs. She was loved by many and will be missed.

The Celebration of Life Service for Marybelle Carver, will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church, 6316 N Tulsa Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73112, with Rev Bryan Tener officiating. Interment will follow at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 8701 NW Expy, Oklahoma City, OK. Arrangements are by the Burckhalter-Highsmith Funeral Home of Vinita.
